The HVE-016-M(17-32) is a high-voltage heavy-duty connector specialized in integrated power and signal transmission for industrial power distribution panels, high-voltage control equipment and heavy machinery electrical systems. It adopts a polycarbonate housing and copper alloy contacts with gold or silver plating, stably adapting to industrial pollution grade 3 environments and resisting thermal aging and voltage arcing.
As a 32(2×16)+PE core connector, it has a rated current of 16A, with 400V phase-to-ground voltage and 690V phase-to-phase voltage, and a 6kV rated impulse voltage. It uses screw crimping for 0.75 - 2.5mm² wires, featuring contact resistance ≤1mΩ and insulation resistance ≥10¹⁰Ω to ensure safe and low-loss high-voltage transmission.
Operating reliably from -40°C to 125°C, it meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards and supports over 500 mating cycles. It fits 48B metal housings with an IP65 rating and complies with IEC 60664 - 1 and IEC 61984 standards, ideal for stable high-voltage connectivity in harsh industrial scenarios.
