The HVE-010-F is a high-voltage heavy-duty connector optimized for stable power transmission in new energy storage inverters, industrial high-voltage frequency converters, and heavy equipment power distribution units. It features a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy housing and silver-plated copper alloy contacts, delivering excellent resistance to electrical arcing, thermal cycling, and outdoor environmental corrosion, ideal for both indoor and outdoor harsh operating conditions.
Rated for 10A current and 1000V AC/DC, it withstands a 10kV rated impulse voltage to handle sudden high-voltage surges and transient overvoltage. Adopting crimp termination, it is compatible with 0.5–2.5mm² wires, with contact resistance ≤1mΩ and insulation resistance ≥10¹⁰Ω for low-loss, safe power transmission.
Operating reliably from -40°C to 125°C, it meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards and supports over 500 mating cycles. Fully compliant with IEC 60664-1 and IEC 61984, it fits 10B IP65 protective housings, making it a dependable solution for medium-power high-voltage connectivity scenarios.
