The HSB-006-F is a high-density and high-speed industrial connector developed based on brush-type contacts, specially designed for stable signal and current transmission between printed circuit boards. Its compact structure with high-density arrangement is well-suited for equipment requiring intensive component integration, making it a reliable option for precision electronic equipment connection scenarios.

This connector is equipped with excellent environmental adaptability, featuring an operating temperature range from -65°C to 125°C. It can withstand harsh conditions such as strong vibration and impact, meeting the requirements of 10Hz - 2000Hz vibration and 980m/s² impact in industrial environments. The 6 brush-type gold-plated contacts not only ensure ultra-light insertion and extraction force (only 30% of that of wire spring holes) but also reduce contact resistance significantly, achieving strong corrosion resistance and stable transmission performance during long-term use.

Rated for a current of 1.5A and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 750V, along with an insulation resistance of no less than 5000MΩ, the HSB-006-F is ideal for applications such as parallel printed circuit board stacking, daughter-board and mother-board connections. Its reliable locking structure guarantees secure mating, effectively avoiding poor contact caused by external interference and minimizing equipment operation failures.
