The HEB/P-2T1 is a vertical bridge module customized for WAIN’s HE series industrial connectors, engineered to deliver 2-Pin vertical short-circuit functionality. It serves as a key accessory for industrial control circuits, enabling stable short-circuit connections between designated contacts of matched HE series connectors to optimize circuit layout and signal transmission efficiency.
It features consistent high-performance parameters with its series counterparts, supporting a rated voltage of 500V and a rated current of 16A, with compliance to UL/CSA standards allowing for a 600V rating. Crafted from UL94 V0 flame-retardant polycarbonate, the module operates reliably across an extreme temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, resisting heat and corrosion in harsh industrial settings.
Adopting a spring contact connection design, it is compatible with 0.14–2.5mm² (28–14 AWG) wires with a required stripping length of 9mm. The tin-plated copper alloy contacts ensure low contact resistance (≤3mΩ), and it boasts a plug-in lifespan of over 500 cycles.
