The HD-025-FC(Z) is a customized high-performance industrial connector designed for high-density power and signal transmission in harsh operating environments. It features a durable polycarbonate housing (RAL 7032 light grey) with reliable ingress protection, resisting dust, moisture, and chemical corrosion, ideal for industrial control cabinets and dense automation setups.
Equipped with 25+PE copper alloy contacts (hard-silver or hard-gold plated), it supports 10A current and 250V voltage transmission (600V per UL/CSA) with contact resistance below 3mΩ. The anti-corrosion plating ensures durability over 500 mating cycles, maintaining stable connectivity in frequent plug-in scenarios.
Adopting cold-crimping termination, it is compatible with 0.14–2.5mm² (26–14 AWG) wires and complies with CE, RoHS, and UL 94 V0 flame-retardant standards.
